1. Order Confirmation & Requested Dates

• Booking Approval: Submitting payment at checkout locks in your requested event date. Order confirmations are sent immediately via email along with a copy of these policies for your records.

• Add-Ons & Modifications: Any additions (extra decor pieces, glassware, or service upgrades) must be requested at least 7 business days prior to your scheduled fulfillment date, subject to seasonal inventory availability.

2. Hand-Off, Logistics & Delivery Options

• Curated Box Packaging: All collections are packed into 2 to 3 storage-friendly boxes specifically engineered to protect glassware and decor while breaking down flat to stay out of sight during your event.

• Standard Pick-Up: Free local pick-up and drop-off is coordinated ahead of time via email.

• Delivery Add-On ($50): Trove offers direct venue or residential drop-off/pick-up for a flat $50 fee. You must ensure a secure, covered area is available for drop-off if you are not present upon arrival.

3. Cleaning & Return Expectations

• Standard Return (No Fee): Items must be returned repacked in their original Trove boxes, free of food debris, wax, or liquid residues.

• Hassle-Free Cleaning Service Add-On ($50): Want to skip the dishes? Pay a flat $50 cleaning fee at checkout or upon return. Simply empty any leftover food/liquids, rinse the glassware and decor, and pack them back into the boxes—we handles the sanitizing and deep cleaning.

4. Delays & Late Returns

• Late Return Fee: Inventory is tightly scheduled between hostings. If items are not returned by the agreed-upon date and time slot, a $50 fee per calendar day will be automatically charged to the card on file.

5. Damaged, Broken, or Missing Goods

• Damage Fee: Accidents happen. Any broken, cracked, chipped, or missing item from your Trove box incurs a flat $50 replacement fee per damaged or unreturned item.

• Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect your Trove box within 2 hours of pick-up or delivery. If any item arrives damaged in transit, notify us immediately with photos so we can assist and ensure you are not held liable.

• Wax & Specialty Care: Standard wear-and-tear is expected, but non-removable candle wax, heavy burns, or permanent stains on linened items beyond normal use will be treated as damaged goods.
